Laboratory for Respiratory Function

Laboratory for Bronchoscopy

Lung cancer 

Lung cancer is one of the Department of Thoracic Diseases' main research interests. Recmed Doctors employ interventional bronchoscopy in the detection and treatment of cancer. The treatment of a patient diagnosed with lung cancer at a medical facility is not handled by a single physician; rather, choices are made by the Tumor Council, which is made up of representatives from several medical divisions. The patient is given surgical intervention, chemotherapy, and radiation based on the decision of this committee.
