A. **Urology Treatments and Surgeries**:

**General Urology**:

     - Management of urinary tract infections (UTIs): Prescribing antibiotics, urinary culture, and bladder irrigation.
     - Treatment of urinary incontinence: Behavioral therapy, medication, pelvic floor exercises, and surgical options like sling procedures or artificial urinary sphincter implantation.
     - Evaluation and management of urinary retention: Catheterization, alpha-blockers, or surgical procedures like transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP).
     - Treatment of bladder and kidney stones: Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), or open surgery for large stones.
     - Management of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH): Medications (e.g., alpha-blockers, 5-alpha reductase inhibitors), minimally invasive procedures (e.g., UroLift), or surgical options (e.g., TURP, laser prostatectomy).
     - Treatment of urinary tract obstruction: Ureteral stent placement, percutaneous nephrostomy tube insertion, or surgical reconstruction.
     - Management of urinary fistulas: Surgical repair, often involving the closure of abnormal connections between the urinary tract and adjacent structures.

**Urologic Oncology**:

     - Treatment of prostate cancer: Radical prostatectomy, radiation therapy, hormone therapy, or active surveillance.
     - Treatment of bladder cancer: Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT), radical cystectomy with urinary diversion, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy (e.g., Bacillus Calmette-Guérin).
     - Treatment of kidney cancer: Partial nephrectomy, radical nephrectomy, ablation techniques (e.g., cryoablation, radiofrequency ablation), or targeted therapy.
     - Treatment of testicular cancer: Radical orchiectomy, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND).
     - Management of penile cancer: Partial or total penectomy, inguinal lymph node dissection, or chemotherapy.
     - Surgical removal of tumors: Various surgical procedures depending on tumor location and stage, including nephrectomy, cystectomy, orchiectomy, and tumor excision.

**Pediatric Urology**:

     - Correction of congenital abnormalities: Hypospadias repair, cryptorchidism repair (orchidopexy), ureteral reimplantation for vesicoureteral reflux (VUR), or correction of obstructive uropathy.
     - Treatment of vesicoureteral reflux (VUR): Endoscopic injection of bulking agents (e.g., Deflux), open surgical reimplantation, or laparoscopic/robotic ureteral reimplantation.
     - Management of pediatric urological cancers: Surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy tailored to the specific type and stage of cancer (e.g., nephrectomy for Wilms tumor).
     - Treatment of neurogenic bladder in children: Clean intermittent catheterization, anticholinergic medications, botulinum toxin injections, or surgical procedures like bladder augmentation.

**Reconstructive Urology**:

     - Urethral reconstruction for stricture disease: Buccal mucosal graft urethroplasty, penile skin flap urethroplasty, or Johanson urethroplasty.
     - Surgical repair of ureteral injuries: Ureteroureterostomy, ureteral reimplantation, or nephrectomy with autotransplantation.

**Female Urology**:

     - Treatment of urinary incontinence in women: Midurethral sling procedures (e.g., tension-free vaginal tape), urethral bulking agents, or pelvic floor physical therapy.
     - Management of pelvic organ prolapse: Vaginal prolapse repair (e.g., anterior/posterior colporrhaphy), uterine preservation techniques (e.g., sacrospinous ligament fixation), or mesh-augmented repairs.
     - Surgical correction of urethral diverticula: Diverticulectomy with primary closure or vaginal flap reconstruction.
     - Treatment of interstitial cystitis: Bladder instillations (e.g., dimethyl sulfoxide), hydrodistention, neuromodulation, or cystectomy in severe cases.

B. **Andrology Treatments and Surgeries**:

**Erectile Dysfunction (ED) Treatment**:

     - Penile prosthesis implantation: Placement of inflatable or malleable penile prostheses to restore erectile function.
     - Penile artery revascularization: Microvascular surgical techniques to improve penile blood flow.
     - Vacuum erection devices (VEDs): External devices used to create negative pressure and facilitate penile erection.
     - Penile injections: Intracavernosal injections of vasodilators (e.g., alprostadil) to induce erections.

**Male Infertility Treatment**:

     - Microsurgical sperm retrieval techniques: Micro-TESE (microsurgical testicular sperm extraction), MESA (microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration), or PESA (percutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration).
     - Varicocele repair: Microsurgical varicocelectomy or percutaneous embolization to correct varicocele-related infertility.
